That decision made us realize how lucky we were with our original choice. We always come back to this resort because of its exceptional features. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the pool is enjoyable. It's situated at a convenient distance from downtown, which avoids the noise while still being accessible. Additionally, renting golf carts from the resort is a significant advantage. Given the unbeatable price, we have decided that we will not stay anywhere else on Put-In-Bay.

After reading several great reviews about Bay Lodging Resort, we decided to proceed with our already reasonably-priced reservation for our trip to Put-in-Bay. As it turned out, we had an excellent stay! Will, who was manning the front desk, welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. He allowed us to store our bags until our room was ready (we arrived early), provided us with helpful directions, and even allowed us to take a golf cart early. Before heading out, we spent some time at the pool, which was small but clean, with great music, friendly guests, and a bar. What more could one ask for? The golf cart we rented was well used but did the job just fine, and it was great to have a cart available for overnight use. Our room was clean; the beds were comfortable, and, most importantly, it was quiet! The morning breakfast was well-stocked and gave us an excellent start to the day. We arrived at the breakfast room around 7 am before many other guests had started their day. Perhaps the hotel's best feature is its location, situated at the end of a quiet dead-end street within easy walking distance of downtown. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the town. I would stay at this hotel again and most likely will on our next visit to Put-in-Bay. Put-in-Bay, in general, is not known for being luxurious but rather for a lively and noisy atmosphere. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, which is all one could ask for. Enough said!

When you book a hotel room at the last minute for a reasonable price, it's natural to be a bit nervous. However, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The pictures on the website were accurate, and the exterior of the hotel was clean and well-maintained. We booked through Expedia and received an email from the hotel within 24 hours with helpful information about our stay. Checking in was a breeze, and the desk clerk provided us with a thorough overview of the hotel's amenities and policies. Our two queen-bed standard room was spotless and well-maintained. It had a bar refrigerator, direct TV with premium programming, and everything was in excellent condition. The tiki bar and indoor/outdoor pool were well-decorated and clean. The hot tub on the inside was a bonus. The breakfast in the morning was decent. They had a variety of options, such as breads, waffles, bagels, and pancakes that could be heated in the toaster or microwave. However, they only had hard-boiled eggs and no scrambled eggs. The sausage gravy and biscuits were hot and ready to go, and they also had cereal, doughnuts, and mini cinnamon rolls. The coffee was pretty good, and they also had juice and milk. We enjoyed the golf cart we rented. It was a good price. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the hotel. We especially appreciated the bartender, who was also tending to breakfast and running the front desk in her spare time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return for our anniversary next year.

During our visit to Put-in-Bay, we stayed at Bay Lodging Resort family hotel after the Put-in-bay Resort was fully booked and recommended it to us. Although it was a bit further from the main strip compared to the previous hotel, it was equally pleasant. The pool was a bit smaller, but we loved that it was indoor/outdoor with a divider to swim under to go from inside to outside. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with a kitchen, which was a nice feature. Our suite was on the first floor with an outside entrance, making it convenient for all our luggage. Although we did not utilize any of the hotel services, we found the employees to be very friendly. Overall, Bay Lodging Resort was a nice and quiet place for our family stay.

A Quiet Getaway for Girls Bay Lodging Resort is a peaceful retreat, located only three blocks away from downtown, tucked away on a serene side street. The front desk and tiki bar staff were incredibly friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Do note that the bar tends to close early on slow nights. The hotel lacks an elevator, so if stairs pose a problem, request a ground-level room. Our clean and comfortable room slept six people, though the bathroom was on the smaller side. More hangers would have been useful for our clothes. The fridge and microwave provided convenient amenities. We were slightly disappointed to learn that breakfast is not served on Saturdays, but the delicious spread on Sunday more than made up for it. The breakfast buffet boasted a generous variety, with coffee always available. We will consider returning to Bay Lodging Resort for future getaways.

It's situated in a great location on the island, close enough to downtown for a 5-minute walk, yet far enough to avoid the late-night bar crowds. We appreciated the staff's excellent service, especially Jerome at the front desk, who was always helpful and kind. The room was tidy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, and we were pleased with the nice-sized fridge in our room. Although there wasn't a microwave in our room, there was one available in a shared space across the hall, which was accessible 24/7. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily return for another vacation at Bay Lodging Resort
