Put-in-Bay Camping Registration

Nature Camping registration time is here! The Nature Camping experience is scheduled for over three weeks: Nature Camp July 8-11, My First Nature Camping July 15-17, Environmental Adventure Camping 2 July 15-19, and Environmental Adventure Camping July 22-26. We will learn about Monarch Butterflies, Snails, and Slugs Fishing at Nature Camp with the younger children. The Environmental Adventure Camping groups will visit The Ohio State University Stone Laboratory this year. Environmental Adventure Camp 1 will be kayaking, and Environmental Adventure Camp 2 will be camping at North Bass!

Camping Registration Offers Two Sessions

We will be offering two sessions of Environmental Adventure Camp 1-one with an overnight camp-out and one with a cook-out lunch for those who don’t want to spend the night. We are planning a unique Nature Camp kickoff program on Sunday, July 7th, for the whole family at the Lake Erie Islands Nature and Wildlife Center watch. For details!

We will make unique Nature Camp shirts at the party-sign up for one with your registration! Or bring your own to the kick- Nature Put-in-Bay Camping registration time is here! 2011-2012 stamps are available at a reduced rate. You can add the price of one to your Nature Camping registration if you wish.

Registration forms are available by e-mailing leinwc@gmail.com, or stopping by the Lake Erie Islands Nature and Wildlife Center. Please send yours in as soon as possible to reserve your spot! Once we receive your registration, a full schedule, volunteer sign-up list, full medical forms, and more information will be sent to you in early June.
