We stopped at Hooligans Irish Pub. Mariah was an excellent server. for lunch, after a morning of sightseeing, we got the fish and chips which were very generous portions we could not finish. their pickle slaw is amazing service was great food was generous food was hot would definitely return great selection of beers and drinks,
Hooligans was one of the few places on the island that was open for lunch when we visited in October. The sandwiches and fries were above average and the serving size was extra special. The service was fine; their front porch was enjoyable in the sunshine.
They have a pretty extensive menu – very good food and service – the atmosphere is fun and if you like Irish music – they have some live music sometimes – never disappointed with the food at Hooligans.
While we didn’t get anything to eat (we were bar hopping), we eyed the food coming out and it looked amazing! Sitting on the front deck at Hooligans allowed us to relax and decide out next plan for the day. The island grocery is right across the street to stock up on things you might need
We had a such great time eating and having a pint at this Hooligans Irish pub! My love visiting from Ireland was very impressed with everything and our lovely hostess and waitress from Ireland as well. Thanks for a great experience. I had my first pint, twice!! The chicken wings were huge and some of the best we have ever had.
The food at Hooligans was very good, but it’s a little pricey. We had to wait a while for a table, which we expected as it was Saturday night, We were seated right in the middle of the aisle where there is a bench, but there was not enough room for our entire group to sit and we felt like we were in the way. Thankfully, we did not have to sit long before they cleared a table for us. The Philly Cheeseburger is excellent and their sweet potato fries are to die for!
We went to Hooligan’s because my daughter had a coupon from where she rented her golf cart. This place has great food and even better service! Our waiter was top-notch and took time to help with menu selection. The Irish pub-themed restaurant has fun décor and is very comfortable. The menu prices were a little high as is the norm for the restaurants on Put-In-Bay, but it was well worth it. I would recommend this to family and friends and will go again myself.
Hooligans BLT with egg on it! Delicious. Irish Coffee. Pretzels and cheese sauce… Wonderful. The service is great and the food is always delicious! We have been dining hear each visit for three years and never disappoints!
This is our second trip to Hooligans and it was even better than the first. I still love the Pretzel Sticks and Perogie! We also had an Irish Coffee this trip to help warm us up! All three items were delicious and highly recommended! Both visits we sat out on the patio to enjoy the atmosphere while we enjoy our food and beverages. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
Totally LOVED Hooligans, AMAZING food and GREAT serviceHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This was probably one of our favorite places on the Island….FOOD is amazing. Service was great and just loved the whole Pub feel. Can not recommend the beer and cheese dip enough
