Five restaurants and two bars make up theThe Boardwalk Family of Restaurants Complex in a two-story waterfront building. This mostly open-air building is located on the Put-in-Bay Harbor waterfront and features delicious handcrafted cocktails, great food options, and live music in peak season.
The Little Galley and Boardwalk Particulars
When you enter the main deck entrance, The Little Galley is situated on the right side across from the Fish Shack, making it an easy location to grab a quick meal. Just minutes from the Jet Express Terminal, the Little Galley is a great first stop and popular with the local Put-in-Bay Docks. Just about everyone who visits Put-in-Bay will end up dining at the Boardwalk at some Point! The Upper Deck Restaurant is one of the island’s Fine Dining experiences with a stunning waterfront view.
While The culinary delights are plenty, the main event is most unquestionably the world-famous Lobster Bisque, which may be ordered from all three of the main deck restaurants. This rich, creamy, and delectable delight has sold millions of bowls throughout the restaurant’s lifetime. This is Lobster Bisque at its best!

Fish Shack
Hand-Breaded Lake Erie Perch and Walleye Baskets & Sandwiches & Baskets headline the menu! The locally caught fish is fried golden brown and served with lettuce, tomato, tartar sauce, and lemon. Try the Perch Tacos for a unique taste of Put-in-Bay.
Boardwalk Restaurant Book’s Seafood
Book’s serves an eclectic menu with a tasty variety of grilled Fish Sandwich Plates, as well as wraps, deli sandwiches, wraps, and fresh, healthy salads.
Maine Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, New Zealand Mussels, and Key West Pink Shrimp are just a few of their seafood specialties. There are
two bars located on the main deck near The Little Galley. Nothing is more relaxing than sipping on a frozen cocktail, glass of wine, or beer and taking in the Lake Erie Attractions!
Burgee Bar

The Upper Deck Restaurant
Head upstairs for an upscale fine dining experience. The Upper Deck Restaurant addition opened in 2007 includes tableside service. Enjoy a steaming bowl of that famous Lobster Bisque or select from their well-rounded menu with Filet Mignon, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Pasta Dishes, and signature fresh seafood options.

Rita’s Cantina
Seeking something on the spicy side? Tacos & Nachos are served with delicious frozen margaritas for a south-of-the-border flair. Great service and food! I had the cheeseburger with bacon. Fresh, flavorful. I asked what the sauce was but was told it’s a secret. Chicken Fingers were also very good! We will be back to the Little Galley
Stopped for appetizers. The cocktails were unique and very interesting. Kids had a quick dinner here before a night with the sitter!

My friend and I had the chicken fingers and they were great! Only ordered one order and It had 4 big pieces with it. We ate out on the covered patio and had a really nice vibe to it.
