Put-in-Bay School News May 2015 by Steve Poe, Superintendent

Five of our students recently returned from Hawaii. Our two seniors; Elliot Kowalski and Gunnar Auger invited our three juniors; Meredith Engel, Jessica Krueger, and Ian Pippert-Ladd to join them on their senior class trip. These two classes had much in common and had similar financial resources from class fundraisers, so it made sense to allow them to travel together. Reporting back after the trip, the students shared photos and stories from their adventures to places such as Pearl Harbor and the Dole Plantation. Thanks are in order for chaperones Carl and Chris Krueger!Picture of Put-in-Bay School News May 2015 Trip

Our teachers and support staff do a fantastic job and we want to thank them for their hard work and dedication. We are blessed to have such a talented group of professionals in our school system. The next time you see one of them, maybe say, “thank you.”
